Booking online stressful?

A recent survey by SideStep revealed that 50 percent of respondents in the UK considered booking online to be a stressful experience.

Not only are there too many options but those surveyed said that when it came to booking online, they obsessed over sourcing the best deal and had problems researching their destination. The market that experienced the most stress was the under 25 group, where 70 percent of respondents said that they felt overwhelmed.

Could this indicate a re-establishment of the high street travel retailer as the preferred method for travellers?
